Bilal ibn Rabah بلال بن رباح

Bilal ibn Rabah was an Abyssinian companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and one of the earliest converts to Islam. After enduring severe persecution for his faith, he was freed by Abu Bakr al-Siddiq رضي الله عنه and became one of the closest companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He was chosen as the first muezzin of Islam due to his beautiful voice and unwavering devotion. His life exemplifies the Quranic and Prophetic principles of equality, justice, and the honor of faith over lineage.
